Urgent plea for assistance!

Sirs,
I am a newcomer to ogame, and have only been playing for roughly a month. I have been repeatdely attacked over this period and despite having an empire 3 worlds strong I have been unable to repel these attacks sufficently. The most brutal of these have been comming from the planet Hades 4:284:7 and Heofon 4:284:11, both ruled by the same user.
As I type one of his fleets, 69 strong, is swooping on my colony Magnificent Duty, which will be unable to repel the attack.
My empires co-ordinates are:
The Imperious Homeworld 4:297:9
Great Endeavour 4:297:10
Magnificent Duty 4:297:6

Guys, this is the type of response for help that inspires all. I was asleep during all this. I don't have a large fleet because I have concentrated on resources and research. But I would like know how I would come to someone's rescue. I have begun building alliance depots and silos on my planets, could that help in some way?
